...situation and events  pointed that the victim  broke into the house to rob , he certainly was aware of the fact that Adil and his family were not at home  , they were away in jamalkot , he tried to take advantage of this situation  , instead of profiting from it he met his inevitable death,  the moment he was to leave with  the booty someone smashed hus head , now the question arises at this point who is responsible for this unidentifiable victim's death 

More questions arise from this first question,  if the victim could easily get inside  across the wall why did he make a hole in the back wall,  what was he looking for,  all the stolen goods disappeared  out of sight how  , what's the exact condition of the interior of the house  for that  one had to see the scene of crime  when the owners were present,  there was perhaps another way to get inside the house from that opening in the wall , it was big enough  two feet square  to allow a man to pass through it , but it was not ethical  so the police officer sent  a messenger to jamalkot to bring back the family  and Adil
