edward  was  the  newly  elected  mayor, the  office  was  warm  with  lof  fire  , outside  the  landscape  was  painted  white  with  snow, the  previous  mayor  preffered  electric  heaters  to keep  his  office  warm, edward  got  them replaced  by  his  old  fashioned  style
