....like any normal person Howard also  loved having new cars, he owned a Cadillac and a couple of rolls Royce', in his monkey brain an idea was born to  fit his cars with steam engines to increase their speed, he got his idea executed and drove it  on the road  for a few weeks but he was banned officially  , his car was a threat  to others
