--lightly fry the vermicelli adding flavours of clove and cardamom,, boil sugar in water to let it come to a boil for sugar syrup in which browned vermicelli will be added with almonds and pistachios chopped , for colour saffron is the right choice, soften the vermicelli and serve it hot or cold when thickens with silver foil , milk can be added as much i think while cooking it
