he was surprised how did the nawab know it was him outside the door , he got his answer when the nawab explained he knew the manner how he knocked on the door, he was sitting up leaning against the pillows on the bed , at night shamroz had to leave because it was necessary but all night he could not sleep for he was kept awake worrying about the nawab , his condition and how was he doing, , sevral times he wished to come to see him but then he stopped himself because it could disturb his sleep
