....it was  some vehicle's headlights  that lighted up the  surroundings,   her eyes momentarily  blinded  , , this dazzling light came from the torch held  in the police man s hands standing before her,  he was the same inspector  investigating  Ahmed s murder case and  visited  parveen  s house and  restricted her to  stay put in the  locality,  surprised he enquired recognizing her what was she doing there 

She stammered she had some   work there , she became so nervous she couldn't think of anything
