..... there was something  special in  manal, s voice  speaking  softly  to tge sleeping child  that namel opened her eyes, sanawar quickly hid the mobile behind his back,  the child went back to sleeping,,  he asked her if she was satisfied,  she wasn't,  her eyes flooded  with tears of deep emotions,  tge child had adjusted  with great difficulty   so for now  she must let it go,

..... manal insisted he focused his mobile camera on the sleeping  namel,  when he did the flashlight  disturbed the child and she moaned,  manal broke into tears,  she loved her niece,   namel  was her life,   her whole world

......sanawar informed manal he was taking tge video call to namel to show she was fine,  he came out of his room and  gently opened  namel s room door, the blue light from the night  bulb  filled the room , on her single bed wrapped and tugged warmly in blankets  bamel slept peacefully

.....sanawar scampered  still half asleep  to answer his mobile,  softly  bal manal  greeted him , he asked if all was well,  it was past midnight  and any phone call  that time was  a matter  of worry,  she explained her reason for calling,  she was missing namel,  she wanted to see her,  thinking  she must be sleeping  so manal  made a video  call,  just to see her face,  her tone was  disturbed and   unsteady

.....the maid halima  entering  the room  stopped the trolly carrying the  tea near the Seth shaukat,s bed standing with her head lowered respectfully,   it was her routine,  halima, s wait grew longer than usual,   it was ten  o clock daytime,   the seth neither  opened his  eyes  nor  did  he gestured  with his finger to make  him his tea,  startled sge looked at him  from  head to toe,  ,
