During Ramzan For Sehri and Aftari one should prepare before hand all the material for ready to heat and consume, boil and separate the meat from bones, shred the meat or roll it into balls, or shape them into dainty kebas, freeze them, also keep the kneaded dough reay in the fridge , for later use, make hot chapati paraunthas when needed,
