balal accompanies nawaz khan , they are forced to break their journey in the last dying out hours of night, in a village , knocking the door of the hut , it is opened by a vilage farmer, who is terrified to see two men standing at such an odd time , plastered in grime and mud, in soiled clothes, nawaz khan tells them they are the police, this is more a reason for the farmer to get even more frightened, he lets them in, nawaz khan needs fresh pair of clean clothes to change, the farmer"s are short he borrows from his brother, feeling how simple the farmer is nawaz khan is extremely impressed , till he overhears the host whispering into his wife"s ears that they must be prisoners at large , escaped from the local jail
