the  emperor  khwarzem shah  refuses  to  accept  his  advisor"s  arrangement  of    introducing  and  permitting  the  great  scholar"s    men  about  whom the  emperor  questioned  what  strata, status, qualifications  and    backgrounds  they  were, or  if  they  were  just  merely  interested  and  curious  to  see the  court  --though  the  teacher had  not  suggested  it
