Rao  Bilal  Akber  narrates  he  wanted  to  share  his  life  and  all  joys  of  life  with annie  , first  of  all he  rings  her  up  from lahore  to  inform her  he  had  completed  his  Masters  in english  literature  that  she  alreay  knew , in the  village,  there  were  four  suitors  for  her , all  the  families  were  well  known close  to  hers,  two  sons  were  dropped  out  and  became  farmers  in the  village  bilal  studied   to  earn a  degree, but  annie  was  not  decisive   for  she  did  not  want  to  reject  any  of  her  suitors  for  bilal  , it  was  insulting  and  humiliating  for  their  families  for  they  belonged  to  equally  close  family  friends
