abghina  tells  ruby  that  she was  informed  of  a  raise  of  two  thousand  in her  salary, ruby  looked  more  than surprised  and  stared  at  her, she  was  happy  for  her  and  told  the  new  comer  she  must  be  exceptionally  good  or  the  raise  so  quick  enough  was  impossible, the  boss"s  wife  was  bedridden sickly  for  ages  and  both his  children were  away, naturally  both  girls  sympathised  with the  boss  who  was  wealthy  but  still  miserable
