all the  residents  were  frightened, specialy in the  ladies  hostel  where the  april  session had  just  started,, the  college  management   had  increased  security,crime rate  increase  in town  also  was  alarming, sally  felt  something  prickly  at  her  nape,, she  turned  around  and  saw  him  staring  at  her, when she  looked  at  him instead of  moving  away  he  kept  standing  ther  without  looking  away
