sipping his  drink , he  takes a  seat  from where  he  can easily  watch  everyone  in the  party, there  were  some  hoteliers, some  wealthy  busnessmen, some  celebrities, but  he  could  not  identify  anyone  in disguise  , particulary  any  robber  , but  suddenly  he  fell off  from his  chair  because  he  happened  to  see someone  notorious  for  his  expertise  in being a  confidence  trickster , fraud  and  making  fake  licences
