the  seer  said-- the  holy  book  says  , no  mortal  had  the  eyes  to  see Him, because  he  is  the  only  one   almighty   , the  only  one   powerful   who  could   utter  --Fi  Kun  , May  it  happen  , and  it   comes  to  happen, no  other    in this  whole  universe  had  the  power  of  the  divine glory
