what  is  expertise  explains  a  simple  definition between  communism  and  democracy, in communism  no  body   opens  his  mouth  to  speak and  express,  in democracy  nobody  is  willing  to  listen

three  tourists , an  American, an Englishman, a Russian  coincidently  happen to  meet  on an airport, the  America  bragged  how  his  country can  transplant   brains, the  Englishman  boasted  they  could  transplant  hearts, kidneys  and  livers

the  Russian  added  they  were  good  at  expertly  transplanting  tonsils

but  the  other  two  surgeons already  knew  how  easy  it  was  to  operate   on tonsils,

the  Russian  expert  explained  but   in their  country they  operated  with the  patients  mouth  shut
