hashim  felt  better  when his  doctor  friend  rafaqat  suggested  if  the  beghum did  not  want  to  stay  in the  best  hospital  run by  him in town, where  full  time  care  was  possible, he  could  still  arrange  for  some  nurse  good  enough  to  be  with her  at   home,  hashim  was  willing  to  pay  any  sum  of  money, ready  to  throw  as  was  asked  by  the  nurse  only  if  she  would  be  there  with mumtaz  beghum  , the  doctor  took  him aside, there  was  one  such  nurse, dedicated  to  her  work, family  problems, poor  who  would  readily  be  willing  to  take  up  this  case
