--fresh green vegetables are complete packages , seasonally easily available, but if not cooked properly they lose all their nutrient value, tips are given --do not keep the vegetables cut for long so that they may leave water and become dry, boiling and throwing the water is another loss, over cooked and undercooked both ways are erroneous , to retain the nutritious content quick stir cooked dishes are more benefitial, steaming and pressure cooked , soups and using the water in which they are cooked
