--life is a journey, all that one must remember is there is no second chance, positive attitude is beneficial in the long run, drink more water, eat proper food on time, coffee sometimes , keep tour surrounding clean, enjoy holidays and take a break, exercise is good for health and mood, avoid negative thinking, do not make promises you can not keep, complete your tasks, avoid blowing up stories out of proportion, have courage to refuse , know your limits, be practical,, know yourself, try understand others
