-in summers  temperatures  rise  and  to  remain cool one  consumes  lots  of  water  and  liquids  to  maintain body  temperatures, from de hydrating  in that  similar  manner  in harsh  winter  cold one  should  keep  warm  outwardly  with  woolens  and unwardly  with  consuming   foods  that  give  more  energy , health  built  during  this  winter  season allows  one  to  spend  a  healthy  year  because  in other  seasons  it  is  not  that  comfortable  eating and  digesting  high proteins  and  rich  diet
