-roosevelt had  declared  that  bad  days  were  over, perhaps  his  own  bad  days  were  over  but  others  still were  unemployed  , he  was  an  unemployed   man  looking for   small  daily  wagers  jobs  to  stay  alive, he  had  two  good   well  cut  beautiful fabric  suits  he  got  made  in his  well off  days that  managed  to  survive  with  a  proper  hat  , when at  the  port   ships  arrived  , helping  hands  were  needed  to  unload  the  cargo  to  warehouses  it  was  then that  he  and  his  cousin reached  the  dockyard  to  earn  his  bread  crumbs
