-dahi  is  yogurt  milk  fermented   used  in all  households   and  included  as  food  item  for  over  thousands  of  years  since  man  remembers  it,  the  story  begins  with  one  old   man   was  traveling  with  an  old  leather  bag  full of  goat  milk,  his  journey  was  long  tiring  and  the  heat  was   scorching, he  opened  his  leather  bag  to  have  a  drink  of  milk  , to  his  surprise  he  found  the  milk had  turned   thick  and  fermented  and  smelled  different  and  tasted  salty, this  is  how  yogurt  was  discovered
