--mustard  oil is  yeilded  from mustard  seeds, there  are  mainly  three types  of  oil, first is  directly  taken  from pressing  the  seeds, second  way  is  to  mix  the  extract  into  water  and  then  process  it, third  is  by  mixing  the  the  extract  from the  mustard  seeds  seeds  with  another  extract  like  of  soy seeds
