..a  traffic  police inspector stopped a speeding car and handed a bill to the car driver,  suddenly a woman in the back seat sat up with a scream calling names to the driver,  how useless and careless  he was ,   for years she had been saying so, the inspector stopped short in his action pulling back the charges and asked who was she, his wife replied the speeding man, the officer smiled he already was punished so he was free to go this time
