....his blindfolded steps  were touching  nit solid ground,  it was not a floor  , somewhat  rough in places and rather soft and  uneven,  on one  time it was a slope,  his senses  alerted him he was walking within  a closed  enclosure, like passing  through  a silent  corridor  without any opening
