Weird it was  the killer  was positioned on a higher   place when he shot her in the sound proof room  with  silencer revolver,  , bullet shells also weren't found,  apparently he took away the numbered  shells so as not to be  traced,  , it was certain  the experience  spoke  out it couldn't be  Carlos  but every  investigation points only towards him, the videos were  not tampered with and all looked good,  fingerprint reports were  all  good and no suspect  explained Thomas,  so all evidence was against Carlos who must have stood on the sofa before shooting her dead,  it was  laughable,  there was  confusion and  the case  had to be  more clear on this matter,  perhaps Carlos was  the real killer  but in the  courts  it had to be proved,  Thomas wanted to say more  but  suddenly  sergeant  Eric got up looking  purposeful 

Thomas asked in surprise what happened 

Thomas  we are overlooking  the room  cooling system,  it is  not  a regular air-conditioner but  the hotel  provides  room conditioning through a plant

Thomas agreed he was aware of it, there was just one such air-conditioning plant in the hotel  and every big hotel  had its own  room conditioning system,  they had seen the spot from where the room was supplied  air-conditioning  and it was such a small   hole  it was impossible  for any person to pass through it into the room
