...although it is not exactly any formula  but usually it is seen  that intelligent people are  cool headed  and strong    minded,  professor  nazmaldin  was one of those,  in his mid fifties   , fit and good natured  and pleasant   taught economics in the local  college,  the author when for the first time met him found him  completely  alone  , both in his home life and in himself 

It is one of an incident   when the author  needed a lonely  quiet place to  compile the novel  he was  working on,  he  discovered a green  location some ten kilometers away from the  city , the town was  a beautiful blend  of a city and a remote village  , the flavourful  town  was gloriously wonderful spot decided the author to complete his  novel,  he was a total stranger there and knew nobody  and nobody knew him,  he reached a state agent  who was the only  property dealer  in town,  the author  shrewdly  saw it hardly anyone   bought or sold  property  there 

So you require a quiet  peaceful  place to stay  and that too just for six months,  exchanging  regular  customary  small talk the agent looked at the author questioningly
