Walking on the shores he abruptly stopped, he dug his both feet deep in the wet sand , breathing deep twice he mumbled incomprehensively

The shadow had been troubling harold for quite some time , he had tried to find a solution and talk himself out of this situation, that it was merely an illusion , some error of thought that he felt a shadow moving around him , after sundown the night fell quickly
Its easy to explain and lecture others but the situation completely changes when you experience the same problem yourself, harold was going through the similar cicumstances
