Character sketch of abdul qadir-he is a british citizen , degree holder from oxford university, he applies for a professor's job, the panel of interviewers ask him why his appearance is so backward like an extremist's, to which he airs his views saying if he has no freedom to put on what he likes or not allowed to express his opinion is it not the other way round that those who are so welldressed , clean shaven they too are rigid not open to others way of dress code, unable to accept different styles because of their narrowmindedness, as a teacher he is suitable and qualified, but appearances are deceptive , he does not need the job as he is welloff but the panel should not reject any other candidate just because someone is not dressed to their taste.
faraz a friend of abdulqadir who remarks that abdul qadir is so filthy stinking rich , he is bored with what ever he has, he gets all he wants, currently he dresses in tradional islamic salwar suit, when he tires out of it he could afford to go to france , learn french styles, or get out on a jihadi trip for excitement , or do anything that fancies rich young men, but not letting faraz and others to womanise , or wine because abdulqadir from oxford believes it sin was bothering his friends, for they wanted to enjoy life
