rani  zergano  tells  the  doctor  for  ten days  and  exhausting  sleepless   nights she  had  taken  care  of  the  kunwar, who  was  unconscious, then one  fine  morning  she  overslept  , when she  woke  it  was  dusk, the  lamps  were  lit, and  her  younger  sister  urmilla with  shining  bright  eyes   was  helping  the  prince  to  eat  , he  had  recovered  consciousness, both became  very  close
the  rani  used  champakali  to  distract  his  attentions    from urmila
the  prince  proposes  for  urmila, the  rani  asks  for  deval  village    which  she  knew  is  an  impossible  demand  to  fulfil  , unless this  condition is   accepted  urmilla  could  not  have  married  raj kunwar
The  rani  at  night invites  urmila  to  show her  the  royal  garden in the  moon light  brings  urmila  to  the  royal  grape vineyard, who excitedly  jumps  up  to  catch  far  above  her  head  the  grape bunch  and  falls  off the  cliff  slipping  in the  night  to  her  certain death
the  doctor  remarks  he  had  seen the  platform was  so  wide  noone  could  slip off
the  rani  confesses  she  had  pushed  urmilla  from the  steep  cliff  down
