the  writer  narrates  his  first hand  experience  from his  on duty  life, he  was  once  preparing  charge  sheet  in his  office  , when some  villagers  arrived  beating  up  pushing  and  dragging  a  eleven year  old  boy  , they  claimed  his  right  place  was  behind  bars, surprised  at  the  behaviour  of  those  people  the  writer  asked  who  they  were,   they  were  chaudhary irshad"s  men, who  lived  in one  of  the  four  rooms  lined  up   by  the  barn in which  were  kept  his seven  buffaloes, three  cows,   four  goats  and  two  good  horses
