a weak case  can be  used  by  the  prosecutor to  their  advantage, and  the  investigating  officer  also  thought  if  he  proved  inefficient  the  file  would  be  transfered  to  a  private  detective , putting  his  abilities  to  test , but  what  could  be  the  motive  , he  must  find  out  , or  his  merit  would  be  disgraced
