a  horse rider  nobody  sees  rides   past  them unseen, the  woman  called  out  to  joseph  --the  young  man  in the  small boat  heading  towards  the  rocky  sea  shores, the  horse rider  shoots   when the  boat  was  being  tied  up, joseph  falls  back  into  the  sea, the  woman  runs  shrieking , joseph  "s  head  pops  out  from the  water  , looking  dazed  , the  rider  had  shot  at  the  rope  to  cut  it  off
