--he  tried  to  get  up  holding  on to  the  choudhary  , who  was  larger than him,  he  saw  they  were  surrounded  by  the  police  aiming  their  guns  at  him, the  officer  in charge  gave  instructions  to  drop his  gun and  let  the  choudhary  go, but  this  was  the  only shield  he  could  use  to  escape  , he  held   his  revolver  tight  on the  choudhary"s  head,  when the  police  began to  tighten up the  choudhary  tried  to  run he  pointed  at  the  choudhary"s  shoulder  , bruising  him l, threatening  the  next  shot  would  make  a  hole  in his  head,  if  he  was  not  heard, the  choudhary  was  bleeding  profusely , but  still alive  he  became  less aggressive  more  quiet  and  obedient  to his  commands
