-come winter and the digestion demands more food , summer heat reduced the hunger pangs , now manifolds increased appetite in winters with fresh stocks of grains, maize, vegetables, fruits , dry nuts and all so edibly deliciously fresh , meats and fish everything one eats is quickly digested, bringing lots of glow and healthy bounce , energy doubles , so what ca one eat depends first of all on the climate , seasons and availability then to personal choice and digestion
