-the  court  was  full, advocate  beg  was  arguing, the  witness was  speaking  against  the  accused for  being  a  loafer, shameless  creature  who  allowed  his  father  an  old  feeble  man  to  work  in a  hotel  as  a  waiter, when the  witness  was  questioned  if  he  himself was  not  an old  man  and  did not  his  son a  healthy  young man put  him in the  same  position, the  witness compared  his  son with the  accused saying  there  was  no  similarity  , his  son was  far  better
