-the  narration begins  with  when the  police  officer  was  posted  in lailpur  now  faislabad in jalal pur  where  one  fine  morning  a  woman  appeared  at  the  station questioning  him if  he  was  aware  what  was  happening  in town  besides  his  station, the  woman  was  bold, fearless,  strong  and  confident  , dragging  a  chair  she  made  herself  comfortable  she  was  there  not  for  herself  but  for her  neoghbour  ,  simply  explaining  people  came  for  their  own  reasons  , courts  and  police  stations were  where  nobody  went  without  a  reason
