-according  to  a  research  conducted  by  a  team  it  was  discovered  dead  cells  and  other  dirt  settle down  in the  bed  sheet one  uses which  attract  dust  mites  which  thrive  on the  fallen  dead  cells  and  other  dust  particles  collected  daily  , if  the  sheets  are  not  washed  every  week  at  least  once  they  pose  danger  to  human  beings  , several  diseases infections  and  viruses take  control  of  the  user's  body  feeding  on him
