....the doctor knew very well it was impossible to  get government officials to get to do  anything  that  was not  profitable to the state,  hundreds of patients including  shamina and saira and more were admitted to his clinic within  a couple of days with  breathlessness  many of them on the verge of  their end , it was certain  in other hospitals  and clinics  the same  was happening  unfortunately,  each new day was proving  more dangerous,  every moment  increased   the number  of the victims
