...... crowds  and crowds of people were  seen everywhere in the city hospital,  patients were brought on stretchers  , wheelchairs  and carried  physically by their relatives,  loved ones and caretakers,  no space was left  to accommodate any more,  tge same situation was  experienced in other hospitals,  relatives were asking and pleading and arguing where else could they take their  suffering patients,  a  son exploded  in rage  questioning the authorities if it was not their responsibility,
