.....the civil  are defined by their goodness,  manners and  politeness  and courtesies,  , it really doesn't matter  whether  a person is wealthy or not,  of which community,  background or  of nationality  nor does it matter at all what is his religion and  faith  , all that really matters is if the person  before  possess  the dignity  of civility,  does he  possess  beauty of courtesies,  is he graceful  in his  politeness and  goodness,  if not others  are merely  frills  without   substance
