.....a new doctor  was unable to establish himself  in practice  , one day he was home when the phone rang up,  his doctor  friend was on line  asking him to join them  for a game of cards  as tge fourth player,  the wife hopefully asked if it was a patient calling,  the poor  doctor explained  three doctors were already   got together  and   without him they couldn't do  anything
