garden mint

.....nature  has   bestowed  garden mint  with extraordinary  properties,  usually  it us used to add more aromatic  flavor to foods  turning them  into  rich and tempting foods  , ordinary people  use mint fir flavoring  but  there are more  hidden  properties inside those  tiny green leaves mainly  rich in Iron and  vitamins,  its dry and warm in nature  , old timers used it for different purposes 

There's an old story in Greece  Pluto the God of love was passionately in love with  his wife menth but the second wife was wicked and  turned er into a green plant to which  later Pluto  added that peculiar   fragrance  when he couldn't   undo  the magic 

Its widely known to grow from South Asia  to Arab countries to Europe to America  and  added  generously  to their meals
