....the doorbell was constantly  ringing  incessantly noisily,  ganomi was in the  bathroom,  saima beghum  offering izahar namaz, Salomi was cooking,  iftakhar was in the university,  finally  Salomi had to go to  the door to check who was there,  through the door viewer she saw a man standing waiting just outside the door,  she asked  loudly who was he, 

He explained he was Waxahachie  sayyad from Islamabad come to meet iftakhar sahib,  the visitor  told the reason  why he was there along with  his introduction,  salomi hesitated just a long moment  before  opening the door to the stranger,
