.... she returned home  after  overnight stay in the hospital,  she was warmly  welcomed home,  she  found it hard to smile , there was nothing  left  to  say , ,during the night  amjad tried to  console her sympathetically  but she  couldn't take it anymore and  exploded  breaking down,  how could she  stay calm  unhappy as  she was  listening to ammi   always   ready to  verbally pounce on her cutting her spirits,  what  is it to someone  who  says one thing  and means something else, what does it matter  to an uncaring person  like ammi who was heartless 

How absolutely true it is sometimes  the person speaking doesn't know at all how  hard  his words will  hit the listener,  amhad kept  hearing her out  all her wailing  pouring  over him, , 

only she herself  experienced  her problems  and not  a day  passed without ammi letting her know sarcastically  it was only her fault  , as she   spoke  she got up to  pull out something out from her handbag
