....Rahim got himself  worried  seeing the huge house  as he sat alone in a large room,  doctor arfan  s son sultan showed him around  now they all were sitting together in the room alloted  Rahim,  doctor arfan said from now onwards he was to stay there  with them like a son ,  arfan affectionately asked him to tell them whatever he needed,   the next day they were to go to  the school,  , 

Rahim had  agreed to come along with arfan  to live with him in the city  persuaded by the  villagers,  he was given admission  in sultan s school,  both  were driven in the same car to school  every day,  sultan was three years his senior,  both became  close friends and share  their secrets with each other,  , Rahim  tried to reform  sultan  fir his unpleasant habits,  sultan  would  merely laugh  off his suggestions 

Arfan also had one married daughter shazya who was a third year medical student,  she was married to her cousin,  , who was away abroad studying for two years, , shazya was a  wise smart girl,  , she  was sister to Rahim, , she also helped him out in his  homework,  Rahim was quite respectful to her,  Rahim was now family to arfan
