....next day as per prior schedule  everyone gathered in the lecture hall where a professor was giving a lecture on good health,  amjad noticed some patients were absent with whom he could   spend some time talking and knowing about them,  he came to know all of them had gone  swimming 

He turned his all attention towards the lecture  but his mind was working on some other topics,  according to information no other  police informant as patient was admitted , amjad was there to kill him, he was  very clear about it, , it was his business,  , he couldn't afford to miss  the chance or not take the risk,  first he  had  joined doctor Jamil,  then took up a job in this clinic,  to get rid of senior doctor  masud and then Jamil too was removed  by amjad  

Lecture over and amjad rushed towards the  welcome counter,  as he had expected two new  patients were admitted  just recently shaukat was one of them the other was a woman
