....the inspector one fine day was  planning  to go boating with his  nephew kamran , he was just about to leave  the office  when  beghum Jafari  an elderly woman phoned him, she appeared scared and sorrowful,  she  tried to convince him telephonically the murderer had loudly laughed , first he shot her son and then had  laughed a terrible laugh,  he must be mad  , as if he was  taking revenge and enjoying every moment of it

The inspector  started to note down her statements on the phone 

Mrs Jafari  then you must  have seen the murderer 

Not at all,  her pained voice was heard,  you see,  this is the whole issue,  she couldn't see him,  she was blind,  she asked him to reach her place immediately,  she feared the murderer might come back again the second time to kill her too
