....there lived a hakim sahib who decided to serve the backward  areas with his knowledge of herbal remedies,  he climbed up and down the hills and when the sun set he reached a cottage to spend the night m the host asked curious if his name was hakim or he was really a medicine man the hakim pumped up his lungs and claimed to be one of the best around,  he was led to see an ailing woman  , the hakim gave her some  medicine and she died,  the natives surrounded the hakim in rage and  as punishment he was given the task of digging the grave of the dead woman,  the hakim spend the next whole day digging the grave in the hard rocky hill by the evening he was exhausted 

Next day he reached another village and was asked to look at a sick man , the hakim said  of course he would readily  see the patient but the natives must dig the grave themselves
