winds and mosquitoes

..an emergency meeting was  quickly  arranged by the  mosquito clan  in  the garden , the agenda was  their survival,   everytime the wind started blowing the mosquitoes had to evacuate the area

They decided to take the matter to the judge  hazrat Suleman,  the  mosquitoes  approached the hazrat and presented their problem , the winds blew them away , 

The hazrat listened to their  problems and  explained  the accused should be present in the courts and only when both sides  have said  their  side of the story  can he  decide 

The wind was called,  the blowing wind arrived and the mosquito clan  flew away  because the presence of the wind blowing  is the  retreat of mosquitoes 

The case of the mosquitoes vs wind remains  unsolved , both can never face each other
